We wanted to be able to provide our quality services to agents across the country, and we know that, with our offices in Texas and Florida, we would not be able to expand unless we made a conscious effort to reach out to agents in other parts of the country. In this division, agents can sign up and be a part of the weekly intensive training that will cover an array of topics. These sessions will be led by their team leader, who will be their primary resource as they learn their way through becoming a real estate agent. For these agents, we are not just employing the resources that we already have for our in-person agents; we will also employ new software so that agents have convenience and innovation as they embark on this journey to become an agent.
The sessions that they will undergo will cover everything from A to Z on how to gain success as a real estate agent for luxury homes. That is what this division will focus on, and it is what the agents will be taught to sell effectively and enthusiastically. By relaying the secrets to being a good agent, we hope to create a market of agents that are not only excited about the prospect of being an agent but also capable.
