Agents, some helpful practices:
Have the page ready when sitting at closing with your client. They can use the time while the title agent/closer uploads and processes documents at the end of closing, to type out the review for you. Offer Incentives! You know your customer base, so choose an incentive that appeals to them. Think of using a drip campaign marketing method to congratulate your clients on their closing, and thank them for using you as a Realtor! Include the link to review in the email. Most importantly, be thorough and do your job well! Remember a good review has to be earned!
