STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASERS OF REAL ESTATE PURSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY LAW Section 442-H
NB Elite Realty LLC and NB Elite Realty Group LLC is making this Standardized Operating Procedure available on any publicly available website and mobile device application maintained by the Broker and any of its licensees and teams. Broker has copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public upon request at Broker’s office location.
Please be advised that Broker:
- NB Elite Realty LLC and NB Elite Realty Group LLC do not require prospect homebuyer/s to give identification to start work with a licensee from NB Elite Realty LLC and NB Elite Realty Group LLC.
- NB Elite Realty LLC and NB Elite Realty Group LLC do not require prospect homebuyer/s to get into an exclusive buyer broker agreement to start work with a licensee from NB Elite Realty LLC and NB Elite Realty Group LLC. However, a prospect homebuyer/s and licensee may mutually agree to get into an exclusive buyer broker agreement.
- NB Elite Realty LLC and NB Elite Realty Group LLC do not require prospect homebuyer/s to give a mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds to begin work with a licensee from NB Elite Realty LLC and NB Elite Realty Group LLC. However, Sellers may need a mortgage pre-approval and/or other requirements when allowing prospect buyers to get into their homes or when reviewing offers, in which case your agent will make such requirements known to prospective buyers in the course of working with prospect buyers.
