Q: Who do I get in contact with for payment-related questions and concerns?

Any questions or concerns specifically related to your CDA approval (i.e. BrokerSumo navigation, assistance entering transactions and uploading documents into BrokerSumo, and/or transaction status) please email approvemycda@nbeliterealty.com. Other payment-related questions or concerns (included but not limited to: Dotloop, 1099, taxes, payments, checks, etc.) should be directed to petrusa@nbeliterealty.com.

Q: Are NBER agents allowed to request commissions as “seller concession?”

Yes. As long as the lender is okay with that, then so are we.

Q: Does the option period start on the day the contract was executed, or the day after?

The first day of the option period starts the day after the final execution date of the contract.

Q: Can a sales agent have a commission check written to the sales agent’s own corporation or Limited Liability Company? If so, does that entity have to be licensed as a real estate broker?
