Nokia recently announced that they are putting their North American headquarters in Dallas. This move is due to the company combining its locations from nearby cities. They recently signed a lease for 350,000 square feet of space at Cypress Waters. This is a massive development that includes a tremendous amount of potential for realtors, such as office, retail, and residential space. Nokia plans to wrap-up the consolidation in the early third quarter of 2019.
Dave Senior, Nokia’s Senior Director and Global Product Development Leader said in a statement, “This move will consolidate our Irving and Plano operations into a single location, bringing our family of over 2,300 employees into one master-planned community.”
